aguna’s kids and grown-ups mourned
when the Rocket Ship was removed from
Bluebird Park three years ago. Alas, safety
concerns required its removal, and due to budget constraints the

Rocket Ship could not be replaced.

But in a public-private partnership, with your help we can replace the
Rocket Ship by June of this year. Please come to the Rock-It for
the Rocket barbecue fundraiser this Sunday, April 18 at Tivoli Too!
at 777 Laguna Canyon Road from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Tickets, which are $35.00 for adults and $15.00 for kids, can be
purchased at the event, at the Kinsman & Kinsman office at 32355
South Coast Highway in South Laguna, or at the Farmer’s Market
on Saturday, April 17. Included in the price are a great barbecue, a
silent auction, and live music by Laguna’s own Blues Offenders.

Most of the ticket price is tax deductible. All of the ticket price will
be matched dollar for dollar by the city to buy a new Rocket Ship.
