Cheryl Kinsman, a Certified Public Accountant first elected to
the Laguna Beach City Council in 2000, lives in South Laguna with her husband, Michael, and
two sons, Joshua, age 20, and Nicholas, age 14.
Cheryl believes strongly in service to Laguna Beach, and has demonstrated that commitment as Mayor and Mayor Pro-tem of Laguna Beach; member of the Laguna Beach City Council for eight years; Laguna Beach Planning Commissioner for five years; Sunday school teacher at the Laguna Presbyterian Church; past president and board member of the North Laguna Community Association; treasurer of Laguna Beach Neighborhood Watch; and as a member of the Laguna Beach Parking, Traffic and Circulation Committee.
